Terms of Service

[ Plain-English summary ]
  • You pay us. We route your traffic. That's the deal.
  • Don't use the service to attack others or distribute malware.
  • We may terminate accounts that break the rules; we'll refund the unused period.
  • The service is provided as-is. No uptime warranty beyond commercial best-effort.

1. The service

Red Pill provides a virtual private network that routes and obfuscates your traffic. Features may change; we'll announce major removals with at least 30 days' notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Because we do not identify you personally, we cannot recover an account without those credentials.

3. Acceptable use

See the Acceptable Use document. In short: no attacks, no spam, no CSAM, no malware. Beyond that, we do not police what you read, write, or watch.

4. Payment

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See Refunds for the money-back window.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

6. Governing law

Governing jurisdiction is to be confirmed by the operator before launch. Placeholder: Iceland.
