Acceptable Use
[ Plain-English summary ]
We route packets. We do not police them. The short list below is what will get an account terminated — nothing else on the network is our concern.
Prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or exploit kits.
- Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning at scale, credential-stuffing at scale.
- Unsolicited commercial email (spam) at volume.
- Threats of violence or content designed to incite it.
Explicitly permitted
- Reading, writing, and publishing anonymously.
- Accessing content that is restricted in your jurisdiction.
- Bypassing age verification, national firewalls, and ISP-level filters.
- Whistleblowing, journalism, and organizing.
Enforcement
Because we do not log traffic, enforcement happens by abuse report against the account or by network-signal from our upstreams. We err on the side of the user. Accounts terminated for cause are not refunded.
